Phil Hernandez

Phil Hernandez is an American Democratic politician from Virginia. He was elected to the Virginia House of Delegates in the 2023 Virginia House of Delegates election from the 94th district. Prior to the election, he was a civil rights lawyer and former senior policy analyst in the Obama Administration. Hernandez was born in Hampton Roads.
