Islambo
Olajuwon Oluwaseun Opeyemi (born 5 April 2000), popularly known by his stage name Islambo, is a Nigerian Afrobeats artist and songwriter, recognized for pioneering a contemporary sound he calls Lamba - a rhythmic, street-rooted style blending traditional Afrobeat with urban influences. Active since the mid-2010s, Islambo rose to prominence with his hit songs "Lamba Yi" and "Marindoti". Islambo's repertoire of music includes lamba in Yoruba language with addition of ad-libs such as the popular "Haibo" and "Hold something" which he invented.
