RAY MORGAN

Ray Morgan (born c. 1937 in Chelsea, London) was a British singer, who was active from the late 1960s into the 1970s. He scored a chart hit in the UK in 1970, with his version of the Beatles' "The Long and Winding Road", produced by Clive Crawley and arranged and conducted by Johnny Arthey. It reached No. 32 on the UK Singles Chart in July 1970 and remained on the chart for a total of 6 weeks.
