Maulana Tariq Jamil
Maulana Tariq Jamil (Punjabi, Urdu: طارق جمیل, romanized: Ṭāriq Jamīl; Punjabi pronunciation: [t̪aːɾɪk d͡ʒəmil]; born 1 October 1953) is a Pakistani Islamic scholar and member of the Deobandi Tablighi Jamaat. The recipient of the Pride of Performance award, Tariq Jamil has been named in The 500 Most Influential Muslims every year since 2012. In the 2023 edition of the publication, he was ranked as the 32nd most influential Muslim in the world.
