Orecchiette

Orecchiette (Italian: [orekˈkjɛtte]; sg.: orecchietta; from Italian orecchia, lit. 'ear', and -etta) are a pasta typical of the Apulia region of Italy. Their name comes from their shape, which resembles a small ear.
